Feasibility Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Feasibility Lead to drive country selection strategy and site identification for global clinical trials. The role involves feasibility assessment oversight, site landscape management, and cross-functional partnership to optimize trial enrollment across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead country selection strategy with data-driven recommendations on country mix and site allocation
• Oversee feasibility assessments including protocol questionnaires, competitive landscape analysis, and regulatory timeline mapping
• Build and maintain curated site and investigator landscape across multiple geographic regions
• Serve as feasibility point of contact for assigned programs from concept through first-patient-in
• Manage feasibility vendors and CRO teams; track and report on site performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field
• 5+ years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with feasibility oversight
• Demonstrated ownership of country and site selection recommendations for global studies
• Strong Excel skills and experience with trial-landscape data platforms (Citeline, IQVIA, TriNetX, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory requirements, and country submission timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior-level audiences
• Immunology therapeutic experience highly preferred; dermatology or GI experience valued
