About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the Road Division in the Americas. The CCO will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across the region, with a focus on driving sustainable growth, customer success, and profitable business expansion. This executive-level role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading managed transportation teams related to marketing and sales, and 18-20 years in commercial leadership within a complex global B2B industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing regional commercial strategies, leading multi-country commercial organizations, and ensuring that regional commercial priorities align with global commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include commercial leadership, customer and key account leadership, commercial performance, and cross-functional leadership. Candidates for the CCO position must have a relevant university degree, strong commercial and financial acumen, and a proven track record in developing high-performing commercial teams. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, who can influence and collaborate effectively within a global matrix organization. The CCO will also be expected to champion a customer-first culture, promote commercial excellence, and drive the consistent application of commercial governance and sales processes. Professional proficiency in English is required, with additional regional languages being an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to make executive decisions and a strong commitment to the values of integrity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
