Start Date: July 7, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week pay period.

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Experience with acute care settings, home exercise programs, lifting and transfer techniques, and patient/family education
• Clinical competencies including AROM/AAROM/PROM, gait training, assistive devices, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Candidates must live 50 miles or more from the facility
