As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be an essential member of the housekeeping team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within guest rooms and public areas. Utilizing standard cleaning supplies and equipment, you will ensure a positive guest experience through room preparation, sanitation, and prompt assistance. Your role supports the hotel's commitment to quality and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Manage laundry tasks including collection, washing, and distribution
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene and safety
- Assist guests with special requests related to room upkeep
- Dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries and linens
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure rooms meet standards
- Follow safety protocols and comply with hotel policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality or housekeeping
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
