This role serves as the primary support partner for the Zone Digital Managers (ZDMs), Zone Delivery Managers, and Help Center teams, helping drive operational consistency and execution across the business. The position owns the creation, maintenance, and governance of job aids and operational documentation to ensure teams have accurate and up-to-date resources. Key responsibilities include managing store onboarding processes, tracking implementation milestones, and supporting field readiness for new programs and initiatives. The role also provides reporting and performance analytics, while leading corporate communications to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across stakeholders.

2+ years SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Proficient knowledge and utilization of PowerPoint and Excel Cross Functional Collaboration and Relationship Management Data Analysis and Business Reporting Project & Program Management Communication & Documentation Management Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Delivery: Job Aid Management Partner with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and update job aids that support Field Operations initiatives and operational excellence. Corp Comms Align with Digital and Delivery Leadership to create and submit Corp Comms and Zip Lines IHM & SRE Relationship Management Collaborate with the IHM team to:

Ensure adequate inventory levels for maintenance activities and new store installations. Manage and optimize the new install process from planning through execution.

Partner with the SRE team to:

Ensure all iPads remain current on the latest approved iOS versions. Coordinate replacement schedules for aging or end-of-life iPads.

Store Onboarding & Partner Performance Work closely with the Partnerships team to track new store onboarding progress and monitor order volume performance by partner. Merchandising Relationship Management Lead weekly Merchandising call to review open issues Capture and track all merchandising concerns

Incorrect photos/descriptions Wrong pricing/promotions

Reporting & Performance Analytics Produce and maintain key operational reporting, including:

Gap Reports (Fresh Food, Key Items, and New Items) Toggle Execution Reporting Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), including: DRET Performance

Line-Item Edits (LIEs) Cancellation Metrics Refunds

Identification and monitoring of stores with low or zero order volume

Partnership Management Partner with the Partnerships team to coordinate and oversee EBT onboarding efforts, ensuring timely execution and compliance with program requirements. Digital: Job Aid Management Partner with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and update job aids that support Field Operations initiatives and operational excellence. Corp Comms Align with Digital and Delivery Leadership to create and submit Corp Comms and Zip Lines New Store Opening Updates (Tuesdays) Verify digital programs for new stores opening (Fuel Loyalty, Wallet and MCO) and post for the tech team to activate the app and attributes once open.

May need to use multiple store lists to verify attributes for the new store Submit weekly and verify in app once store is open

Provide support with escalations occur when stores are not showing in app. Working with L2, verify why they are not showing and work to resolve. OSSS posting (Mondays) Add in Zone information for the stores (AL, ML, Region) Post for ZDMs to set schedule for visits if in their areas (Future) For OSSS attended by ZDMs, track key KPIs to see impact C-Shopper /Cig Pro Forma (maybe) Pull updated weekly 2-pack data from the C-Shopper program Update the pro forma excel file with new weekly information Send to ZDMs for use in Zones to track 2 Pack conversion Help Center- Performance Reporting Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to measure business performance. Analyze trends across service levels, customer experience metrics, operational execution, and productivity. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams to drive accountability and performance improvement. Continuous Improvement Initiatives Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and cost efficiency. Utilize data analysis, root cause investigations, and stakeholder feedback to drive sustainable improvements. Executive-Level Business Reporting Develop and deliver executive-level reporting packages that provide clear visibility into operational performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Translate complex operational data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership. Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive presentations with meaningful performance analysis. Provide recommendations and strategic guidance based on business trends, performance outcomes, and organizational priorities. Pay: $43,888.00 -$84,444.00 Annual
