About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven window and door sales representative to join our growing team in Grants Pass. In this role, you will generate and close sales of high quality windows, doors and related materials for residential homeowners, remodelers, and builders throughout Josephine and Jackson counties.

You will be one of the faces of our company - building trust with customers, conducting in-home consultations, providing expert recommendations and delivering exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, walk in customers.

+ Accurately measure and specify window and door projects.

+ Prepare detailed quotes, proposals and contracts.

+ Build and Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and referral partners.

+ Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales effectively.

+ Stay knowledgeable about product features, energy efficiency ratings, installation best practices and manufacturer warranties.

+ Work collaboratively with our installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

+ Proven sales experience(home improvement, construction, building materials or B2C consultative sales strongly desired)

+ Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills - you enjoy talking with people and solving problems.

+ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.

+ Ability to lift/carry product and samples as needed.

+ Basic familiarity with construction or home improvement and remodeling is a big plus.

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

No previous window/door experience? If you're a high-energy closer with a track record in sales, we're willing to train the right person.
