Education That Goes Beyond the Haircut
We invest heavily in education, from advanced technical training and industry educators to consultation skills, retail, rebooking, KPIs, and learning how to  run your business from behind the chair.

A Career With Room to Grow

Whether you’re newer to the industry or an experienced professional looking for more, we provide coaching, mentorship, goal setting, and clear opportunities to increase your income and advance your career.

A Culture With Standards
Our team is built around professionalism, accountability, respect, positivity, communication, and growth. We work together, support one another, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Luxury Guest Experience
We’re not a quick-cut shop. Every detail matters from consultations and customized services to shampooing, hot towels, scalp massage, treatments, and thoughtful finishing touches.

Front Desk + Marketing Support
Our front desk helps manage scheduling, checkout, and the guest experience while our professional marketing and social media help keep JBS and our team in front of the community.
