The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and is having the office clerk in Cordova, IL.

Position Summary: This role provides general administrative support to onsite office personnel, ensuring efficient handling of documentation and day-to-day office operations.

Additional Details: Pay range: $14 - $16/hour on W2 as per your experience Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension Schedule: Semi-flexible; start time between 6:30 AM 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and digitize paper documents and records
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Support office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating scanners and standard office equipment
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
