Job Overview:

\n

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level technology initiatives and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and requirements documentation skills.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
\n
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities.
\n
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
\n
• Collaborate with product owners, IT teams, data practitioners, project managers, and QA teams.
\n
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve conflicting priorities.
\n
• Support system interoperability, digital transformation, change management, and governance initiatives.
\n
• Communicate project progress, risks, expectations, and trade-offs effectively.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar technology role.
\n
• 5+ years of business analysis and problem-solving experience.
\n
• 5+ years of stakeholder relationship management experience.
\n
• 5+ years of experience creating and documenting business requirements and user stories.
\n
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
\n
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
\n
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
\n
• Salesforce platform experience, including business processes and requirements documentation.
\n
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a Salesforce environment.
\n
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
\n
