People-First HR Generalist — Hybrid Role
Joliet Area Community Hospice
Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care in Illinois is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, partner with leaders, and help shape the employee experience. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, and HR policy administration. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least three years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with HRIS.
