Revenue Growth Management Manager

Driving strategic revenue growth initiatives, the full-time Revenue Growth Management Manager will lead analytics and recommendations for pricing, mix management, and gross-to-net optimization to enhance annual net sales for assigned brands. Key responsibilities Identify and analyze RGM opportunities to drive decision-making and achieve business objectives Develop and manage a multi-year pipeline of RGM initiatives aligned with brand growth and profitability targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies and address execution barriers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative discipline; Master's degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in multi-category CPG companies or RGM consulting Experience with various retail channels, including brick-and-mortar and omni-channel Strong analytical skills with the ability to outline approaches for business problems Proven leadership skills in managing projects across multiple functions
