The Store manager should be passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following in-store, support the management team and represent the REVOLVE brand and image.Major Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Monitor and assess retail store performance, including sales, profit, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies.Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in store & deliver strong results through positive year over year growth and stable KPIs.Apply a strong understanding of business acumen to drive the business, identify opportunities, and build longterm solutions.Ownership of operational execution of the store to achieve necessary revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store.Address customer complaints in partnership with VP of Retail and resolve issues as they arise to retain customers and drive customer loyalty.Drive the execution of an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.Partner with HR & Recruiting team on staffing and hiringPartner directly with your Direct Supervisor and HR team for support on performance discussions, safety discussions, and any other HR issues.Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners to influence allocations and the success of the businessManage the day-to-day performance of the retail store team, enabling an incredible employee experience.Required Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Strong analytical skills, Strong understanding of industry trends and market awarenessStrong understanding of physical retail economics and store productivity metricsAbility to make nuanced assortment decisions within finite selling spaceAnalytical thinker with strong retail math and OTB expertiseGood judgment, creativity, and enthusiasmAbility to balance brand equity, trend relevance, and inventory turnAbility to develop strong, synergistic relationships with a multitude of teams and personnel including:Retail OperationsVisual MerchandisingPlanningMarketingBrand PartnershipsAbility to synthesize qualitative store feedback with quantitative performance dataHighly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skillsCapable self-manager and team leaderStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environmentMinimum Qualifications:Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per weekMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekendsHas managed a business of at least 10M in annual Net RevenueHas managed exempt & non-exempt employeesUnderstanding of Retail Labor LawsGSuite experience a plusA successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
