Temp Sales Assistant

Summary The Temporary Sales Assistant supports the sales team at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California. This role helps create a memorable luxury shopping experience while supporting client appointments, store operations, and the presentation of Zegna collections. Responsibilities Share customer, product, and store information with the team and support client appointments, including preparing products and maintaining customer profiles. Assist Customer Advisors in understanding customer preferences and use digital tools to support the shopping experience. Resolve customer concerns in accordance with service policies and support made-to-measure order entry. Support inventory audits, visual merchandising, point-of-sale and alterations station organization, purchasing supplies, and shipping and receiving. Follow store operations and time and attendance policies. Requirements Passionate and open-minded, with a focus on creating customer delight. Proficient with digital technology.
