Data Center Project Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Center Project Manager.

Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Bowling Green, OH

As a Data Center Project Manager you will:

• Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards across all project activities.
• Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost control, SPI, and CPI performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Mentor project teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
• Utilize construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Textura, and Primavera P6.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership roles.
• Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, designbuild, fixed price, etc.).
• Proficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects
• Certifications like OSHA 30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMIPMP

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $64/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
