Salary Range: $45.30 - $63.95 per hour

\nHow you’ll make an impact in this role \n

\n
• Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives are met and high‑quality patient care is delivered.
\n
• \n

  \n Assess daily patient care needs, assign and direct nursing/support staff, and prioritize operations based on patient and physician demands.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Oversee workflow, address patient care concerns, and ensure adequate resources, materials, and supplies for safe, efficient operations.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Contribute to hiring, training, performance development, and evaluation of staff.\n

\n
\nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need \n

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

\n

\n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
\n

Education:

\n

\n
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

\nWhat additional preferences we're seeking \n

\n
• A minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse or Lead Role experience required.
\n
• Inpatient acute behavioral health experience required.
\n
