In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.Position Details:Schedule: Monday, Thursday, & Friday Locations: Fort Myers & Naples clinics Compensation: $22-$25/hr Paid training (may need to train in Miami; USA Clinics will cover expenses)Key Responsibilities:Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.High School Diploma or equivalent2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical AssistantExperience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collectionCompletion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Spanish & English
