Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Marketer with direct nursing home and skilled nursing facility marketing experience to develop and grow referral relationships with nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, and other post-acute healthcare organizations.
Direct nursing home/SNF marketing experience is required for this position. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience working directly with nursing homes and established relationships with administrators, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and other key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating referrals, developing new facility accounts, and maintaining productive, long-term relationships within the nursing home and post-acute care market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing home and SNF administrators, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and other key decision-makers.
Generate new patient referrals from nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers.
Identify and develop new nursing home/SNF accounts and referral opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular in-person facility visits, meetings, and presentations.
Maintain a consistent presence with key nursing home and post-acute referral partners.
Strengthen existing facility relationships to maintain and increase referral volume.
Educate referral partners regarding the organization’s services, programs, and capabilities.
Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with prospective and established referral sources.
Collaborate with intake, clinical, and operations teams to support an efficient referral and admission process.
Track facility referral activity, contacts, account development, and business-development efforts.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Meet established nursing home marketing, account-development, and referral-generation goals.
