Production Operator Day Shift

We are seeking dependable Production Operators to assemble and test electric meters and related components. This role works in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component placement as required.
• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Record production and test data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Communicate equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors.

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:30am-5pm (OT as needed)

Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagram. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–35 lbs
