Accel Club builds and scales e-commerce brands that are already bestsellers on Amazon. We're now bringing them to TikTok Shop, with the ambition to build a top 100 store on the platform.

We're looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to build and own the affiliate program from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, moves fast in an evolving environment, and has the commercial mindset to turn ambitious goals into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the TikTok Shop affiliate channel and be accountable for its overall performance
• Define the strategy and build the processes needed to scale the program
• Stay hands-on during the initial stage, working directly with creators and learning what drives results
• Work closely with the agency and ensure strong execution against the channel goals
• Build and lead an internal team as the program grows
• Develop strong relationships with top-performing affiliates
• Track performance, identify growth opportunities, and scale what works

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop affiliates, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce
• Strong creator outreach and relationship-building skills
• Commercial confidence and negotiation ability
• Analytical mindset and focus on performance
• High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
• Fluent English

Hiring Process

The entire process should take around 2-3 weeks.

1. HR Interview : Don't sweat too much! This call is just so you can get acquainted with our mission, values, and culture, as well as the team structure and role expectations. Just be yourself, and you'll do fine!
2. Manager Interview : In this interview, you'll get to meet your future boss. They'll want to hear about your skills, past projects, and how you'd tackle the specific challenges of this role.
3. Final Interview : At this stage, you'll meet with senior management and cross-functional team members to discuss career goals and clarify any remaining details about the role.
