Pay Range: $45 - $49.42/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift details- Nights 3x12s 7pm-7:30am Varies
• Duration: 13 weeks contract
• Travel weekly gross pay- $1779.10 (non-taxable stipend-$1059.10 and Net Taxable- $720)
• Supervises Stress Testing of patients.
• Assists physicians with all special procedures including cardiology studies.
• Monitors patients undergoing treadmill, nuclear stress testing, syncope studies, and stress echocardiogram.
• Observes electrocardiograph for rhythm changes. Monitors blood pressure and observes for patient adverse reactions to procedures or treatment.
• May insert IV prior to procedure.
• Maintains equipment and inventory needed for the cardiac procedures.
• Maintains daily checklist for emergency cart.
• Assists Manager in developing and monitoring the Department Quality Improvement Plan and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
• Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury accident to Director/Manager

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years critical care experience preferred
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Min of 2 years of recent experience within specialty.
• Required AHA BLS
• Preferred AHA ACLS
