Building Maintenance Technician

Building Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and working independently, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform coolant maintenance on CNC machines
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Complete building and facility maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Welding as required
• Assist with equipment moves and shop organization as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• Previous industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• CNC machining or machine shop experience is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
• Ability to become company forklift certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday
