Aerospace Engineer

Work with the internal team, partners and suppliers to resolve issues and support our customers. Support investigations for any issues related to MRAS repairs. Assist with Ground Support equipment development and product maintenance planning services which may include work away from station MRO work. Assist the internal team to maintain project cost & schedule requirements. Support the business as needed and as issues arise during inhouse or work away from station MRO work. Requirements Bachelor or Associate Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, from an accredited college or university, or A/P License, or equivalent Aviation MRO or Aviation Manufacturing work experience is required. 2+ years of Aerospace industry experience is required. This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. 3+ years of experience in aviation related engineering (FAR 43 / FAR 145) and/or technical customer support experience is preferred. Aviation MRO Experience is preferred. Ability to guide and influence others. In-depth understanding of nacelle hardware and engineering technology and tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional global matrix environment. Strong problem solving, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team within a dynamic environment. Ability to organize, prioritize, and achieve milestones and deliverables.
