The position oversees the medical, case management, administrative, and operations team at their site. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions include: Oversee the safe and efficient running of a Site/Location. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring proper security protocols are in place, assuring appropriate staffing levels, and partnering with the management team to create a cohesive working environment. Lead/delegate responsibility for regularly-scheduled meetings, encouraging input from the team as well as delivering instructions, policy changes, and outlining areas for improvement. Interact with law enforcement, PET, and other medical and mental health teams on behalf of the patient with a proficient understanding of Harm Reduction and Patient Retention. With constant attention to Company's objectives, assist in the establishment of policies and procedures to assure financial, mission, and safety objectives. Conduct chart audits ensuring the charts are up to Department of Health Services (DHS) and Company standards. Adhere to the program and guidelines set forth by Office Diversion and Re-Entry (ODR). Confirm patients are receiving care as determined by the DHS and ODR. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma with a Bachelor Degree in Business relevant field desired Three years Program Management experience highly desiredลีก Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required Conflict management and/or de-escalation experience required Able to maintain confidentiality Current BLS certification(or open to get within 30 days of employment) Recent Physical and TB Report within past year (or open to get within 30 days of employment) Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Previously worked at a traditional housing facility preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT: May necessitate working in busy and loud environment Will be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise and odor May need to bend, stoop, twist , and pick up heavy materials for short periods of time TRAUMA INFORMED CARE (ITC): STT Healing Solutionspractices Trauma Informed Care (TIC) principles which recognizes the signs, symptoms, and widespread impact of trauma; Employees are asked to comprehensively integrate knowledge of Trauma Informed Care into policies, procedures, and practices with the goal to prevent re-traumatization which promotes healing of individuals, families, and communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
