Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Performance Bonuses: Uncapped monthly bonuses. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year, plus funds for additional training and 2 paid days off for CEU events. Your Role Lead and manage the clinic team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
