Play a key role in training and educating the next generation of physicians through our robust residency and medical student programs at a premier academic medical center. ?

This position includes the potential for an academic appointment with the Hackensack School of Medicine. Key Responsibilities: ?

Clinical Excellence:

Deliver comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for the most critically ill and premature infants. Attend high-risk deliveries and perform antenatal consultations. ?

Educational Leadership:

Actively train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing directly to our academic programs. ?

Team Collaboration:

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. ?

Family-Centered Care:

Maintain clear, compassionate communication and provide essential education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications: ? Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology ? Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey ? The minimum base salary for this position is $233,416. Budget and Grant Funding:

Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
