Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Honda Libertyville \u007C Full-Time \u007C Earning Opportunity: $100,000–$200,000+ for top performers

Honda Libertyville, a part of the Murgado Automotive Group family of dealerships, is hiring an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role is best suited for a proven automotive salesperson who knows how to prospect, follow up, set appointments, work a CRM, build value and close deals.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone with automotive sales experience who is ready to compete, produce and earn at a high level.

Compensation

• $100,000–$200,000+ earning opportunity for high performers
• Commission-based pay plan with strong earning potential
• Opportunity to sell both new Honda and pre-owned inventory
• High-volume internet, phone and showroom sales opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone and showroom opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the CRM
• Set appointments, follow up with prospects and create urgency
• Build value in Honda and pre-owned vehicles, dealership advantages and available options
• Overcome objections, present numbers confidently and close business
• Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience required
• Proven ability to sell at a high volume, ideally 15+ vehicles per month
• Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
• Ability to work leads, set appointments and close deals
• Competitive mindset with the drive to perform at the top of the sales board
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer-service skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong work ethic

Schedule and Location

• Full-time position

• Automotive retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends
