Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, function, and independence, while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate closely with supervising PTs and an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families.
