We're looking for an energetic, people-first Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about connecting with customers, sharing what makes Pink Bird different, and turning first-time washes into loyal memberships. Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with energy and make their visit memorable
• Promote and sell wash packages, memberships, and add-on services
• Educate customers on membership benefits and guide them toward the best option for their needs
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Build rapport and long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales area
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to support overall site and sales performance

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and taking initiative
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods

Preferred:

• Experience with membership, subscription, or commission-based sales
• Background in car wash, automotive, or quick-service industries
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
