Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression. Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone. Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.What We’re Looking For:At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.
