LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing, manage audits and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with payroll laws. This role requires 7-10 years of payroll experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and excellent organizational skills. This direct hire role is in San Francisco, CA and the anticipated salary is between $140,000-$170,000 per year.
Responsibilities: · Oversee all aspects of payroll operations · Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and process controls · Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices · Review and audit payroll transactions · Supervise payroll team members and act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues · Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting · Develop and communicate policies and procedures to improve business and operational efficiencies · Manage payroll processing workflows and complex scheduling/timekeeping functions · Ensure accurate year-end payroll processing and tax fillings · Lead payroll system implementations Qualifications: · 5+ years of payroll experience · At least 2 years of supervisory experience · Excellent organizational and communication skills · Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls · Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality · Strong ADP Workforce experience required · Strong Excel skills · CPP certification preferred Benefits include: · Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance · Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)· Employee Assistance Program · Life and AD&D · 403(b) retirement savings plan · 8 paid holidays · Accrued PTO starting at 18 days annually for the first 4 years, 23 days annually for years 5-9, and 28 days annually after 10 years Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year Search managed by: Sara Neuville Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:- The California Fair Chance Act
