Maintenance TechnicianSchedule & Pay

• $32.50/hour
• 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity
• Shift Options Available: Days or Nights
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift each week
• Once selected, your shift assignment will remain consistent
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as business needs require

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of automated equipment within a fast-paced distribution facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Install, service, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Utilize CMMS software to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues
• Support equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance planning
• Partner with operations teams to ensure safe and efficient equipment performance
• Adhere to all company safety standards, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance technicians as needed
• Lift up to 49 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended periods throughout the shift

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with conveyors, automated systems, or material handling equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when operational needs require

• Experience in a manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution environment
• Hands-on conveyor maintenance experience
• Knowledge of automated equipment, controls, and system operations
• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting other technicians
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly automated facility

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
