Classification: Full-time, Hybrid Reports to: Director of Operations Location: Harrisburg, PA office

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The primary function of the position is to assist with and coordinate the ongoing marketing efforts for our firm to align with our business development plan. The ideal candidate brings innovative and creative ideas to our marketing strategies, is detail oriented, has an ability to work within deadlines, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and possesses the ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Coordinates and prepares all responses to any Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Preparation of responses shall be in accordance with the requirements of each specific RFP or RFQ. Responses shall generally include firm information, team resumes, relevant project experience, fees, schedule, and any other specific requirements outlined. • Maintains an organized filing system for both active and issued proposals. • Assists with updating the website to include firm personnel, project experience, news and updates, position listings, etc. • Generates social media posts on a consistent basis and manages activity pertaining to our professional social networking pages and websites. • Generates, tracks, and distributes mass communication efforts including E-blasts and mailed collateral. • Assists with designing and ordering giveaways for tradeshows, client appreciation, and internal marketing items including direct mailings, digital marketing, marketing sell sheets and rack cards, creating articles for EI newsletters, and assists with keeping mailing lists current. • Assists with coordination in attending any target conferences such as PASBO, PASA-PSBA, etc. • Assists with arranging and executing professional photography for in-progress and completed construction projects for future marketing initiatives. • Assists with designing, ordering, and distribution of client holiday gifts. • Creates content for press releases to include new staff hires, groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremonies, dedications, and open houses. • Other tasks as requested. • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
