Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level (1-2 Years) Automotive Service Advisor who is familiar with vehicles to join our team. This position is currently for Evenings (1:00pm-10:00pm) . In this role, you will work with customers to establish their automotive repair needs and communicate that to the technicians. Your responsibilities will include bringing the customers concerns to the technicians and ensuring the job is completed. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Customer Service
Creating Repair Orders
Estimations, approvals, and cashiering
Providing Updates
Sourcing parts

Qualifications

Entry Level Position. Some vehicle knowledge REQUIRED.
Telephone, text, and in-person communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with and learn detailed systems
