We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs who want to join a practice full time, with the opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours and build a thriving clinic. We are located right off I-90, on the first floor, accessible to all those who are receiving services. For this position, we are looking for an experienced LMHC or LICSW, who welcomes the opportunity to build and mentor a team of therapists. What we offer: Competitive compensation Fee for Service model and paid administrative/supervision time for scheduling, documentation requirements, case management, and outreach Flexible work schedule – we offer a blended service model with in‑person and telehealth options Comfortable and furnished office suites Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (employer supported), professional liability insurance, and 401K Reimbursement for license renewal and clinical trainings Free CEU’s and access to Ellie’s learning management system Technology and an EHR system that is user friendly with built in user support modules Marketing, advertising, and collaterals to build your caseload quickly Exciting outreach, charity, and team building events Opportunity for advancement Position Responsibilities: Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans As a full‑time clinician/supervisor, you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20‑22 client sessions each week Complete all documentation within assigned time frames Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, case presentations, and leadership team meetings Ability to supervise a team of clinicians which includes weekly supervision (individual and group), conduct chart audits, review performance metrics, and lead monthly case presentations Oversee various other tasks including but not limited to: hiring & onboarding new staff, ongoing clinical trainings, psychoeducational group development, community outreach, and networking with referral partners. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university Independent licensure – LMHC or LICSW Must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years At least 1‑year supervisory experience Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence‑based practices in sessions and in supervisions Able to maintain appropriate boundaries as a clinician as well as a supervisor Compensation (range): $85,000.00 - $119,000.00 Clinic Location: 111 Speen Street, Framingham, MA Independent franchisees are Equal Opportunity employers committed to diverse and inclusive workforces.
