We’re Hiring an Experienced Haas CNC Lathe Machinist
We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, experienced and talented CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. This is a key position in our lathe department and we are looking for someone we can rely on as a pillar of the team.
If you take pride in precision machining and you know your way around CNC lathes, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes
-Proof Programs, Set offsets, make tooling adjustments, and do complete setups
-Machine high-precision parts for aerospace, semiconductor, and more
-Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
-Inspect your own in process work using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc.
-Work with our team to consistently improve processes
-Keep a clean, organized workstation
-Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
-5+ years CNC lathe experience (HAAS strongly preferred)
-Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, speeds/feeds
-Ability to run complex setups independently
-High attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
-Reliable, motivated, and able to contribute to a team
-Professional and dependable
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
-Computer skills
-Familiarity with ProShop ERP
