Responsibilities
As a Junior HVAC Installer, you will assist Lead Installers with residential and light commercial system installations while developing the skills needed to run installations independently.
Job Duties:
- Assist with installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including gas/electric split systems package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini-split systems, floor and wall furnaces
- Support lead Installer in completing full-system installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years related HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
- Clean and neat appearance
- Ability to read and write in English
- Physical ability to perform all job requirements
- Motivated, dependable, and punctual with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
