Job Responsibilities:

• CRNA only, independent practice
• Full-Time W2 – competitive pay
• Busy orthopedic program
• Frequent ultrasound-guided blocks
• Other surgical specialties include general surgery, GYN, podiatry, ENT, GI, robotics. Minimal pediatric cases (Age>2yrs)
• Labor & Delivery coverage. Approximately 200 deliveries/yr
• Call 1 day/week with post call day off. Every 6th weekend.
• 8 weeks PTO
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation allowance

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedics, ultrasound-guided blocks, general surgical specialties include general surgery, GYN, podiatry, ENT, GI, robotics. Minimal pediatric cases (Age>2yrs)
• Labor & Delivery coverage. Approximately 200 deliveries/yr
• Active Licensed CRNA in the state of Oregon
• Current DEA License
• BLS
