Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity. Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID . Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6 . Basic networking concepts related to AV. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events. Able to work onsite in San Francisco . Able to lift 20+ lbs . Nice-to-Have AVIXA CTS ITIL Live audio mixing / video switching Experience with ticketing systems and AV documentation.
