Job Details Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly Sales experience is preferred; however, we offer comprehensive training. 20-25 hours per week of part-time employment, with weekend coverage required each month Employee recognition Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Flexible schedule Operating Hours and Shifts Monday through Friday, 7 am to 9 pm (Shifts from 6:30 am - 11:30 am, 11 am - 4:30 pm, 4 pm - 9:15 pm) Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (Shifts from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12 pm - 4 pm, 3:30 pm - 8:15 pm) What You’ll Need to Bring A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability What You’ll Be Doing Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s back of house (including towel supply, studio supplies, and inventory) This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
