As a Community Support Specialist, you'll empower individuals and families to build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing and independence. You'll use evidence-based techniques and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive mental health services. If you're passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide community-based mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation* Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans* Utilize a strengths-based approach, incorporating evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and CBT* Provide behavioral interventions and coordinate care with other service providers* Maintain accurate records and participate in staff development activities**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:**There are several ways in which you may qualify for this position including: Education, certification, or experience.
