We're looking for Registered Nurses who combine clinical excellence with compassion, leadership, and a passion for serving others.If you believe great care starts with great relationships, you'll feel at home here.What You'll DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and direct nursing care while helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care possible.Responsibilities include:Providing direct nursing care to residentsSupervising and supporting CNAs and QMAsMonitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changesAdministering treatments and medications as orderedCoordinating care with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teamsCompleting assessments, charting, and required documentationSupporting resident admissions, transfers, and dischargesParticipating in care planning and quality improvement initiativesResponding to resident, family, and staff concernsMaintaining compliance with state and federal regulationsServing as a mentor, teacher, and role model for nursing staffMost importantly, you'll help create an environment where residents feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for.Job TypeFull time and part time available1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts availableEvery other weekend and rotating holidays requiredRequirementsRequired QualificationsMust possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN program. Must have an active license.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.
