Join us and be part of a company that values teamwork, innovation, and making work enjoyable every day!A Typical Day (job functions):Pulls orders of garments for production teamsVerifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garmentsPad prints garmentsCycle counting of garmentsReceives truck shipments (loading and unloading of inventory)Stock shelves from truck shipments or from pallet rack (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.)Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racksFollows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & SafetyUses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as neededAssists in loading and unloading inventory as neededAbility to lift 30-50 lbs continuouslyOther duties as assigned, including special projectsSkills (qualifications) | Self-Motivated + TEAM PlayerHigh school diploma preferred, but not requiredCannot be afraid of heightsAbility to work well independently and as a teamAccuracy is required; must understand order form and be able to count efficientlyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environmentMust be self-directed & self-motivatedKnowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a dayCognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job: Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
