E-learning Developer

To support the mission of ending avoidable blindness, the remote E-learning Developer will create and maintain multi-language online courses for healthcare professionals, utilizing instructional design principles and advanced authoring tools. Key responsibilities Manage the technical development of new online courses, including programming, testing, and quality assurance Support the upkeep and enhancement of existing online courses and related content to improve user experience Analyze course enrollments and completion rates, implementing strategies to increase engagement and monitor learner progress Required qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in L&D, adult education/instructional design, or educational technology A minimum of 3 years' experience in e-learning content creation using instructional design principles Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring platforms, particularly Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360 Experience with Learning Management Systems and providing end-user support Hands-on experience with HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript for enhancing e-learning courses
