Position: Team Lead
Pay: $22.40/hour

Location: Greenwood, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Team Lead to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.40/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership and support to warehouse team members on your shift
• Monitor performance and productivity; offer real-time coaching
• Serve as contact for team questions, concerns, and escalations
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
• Communicate operational updates effectively
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Record received items and update inventory systems using RF scanners
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits with WMS
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and equipment is operated safely
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse following 5S rules
• Support quality assurance efforts and identify quality issues
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodology
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment
• Manage returns processing and update WMS accordingly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience, leadership preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
