Job Opportunity: Utility Construction SupervisorAre you a leader who enjoys hands-on work and making a tangible impact on our community's infrastructure? The City of Nacogdoches is looking for a dedicated Utility Construction Supervisor to join our Public Works team.What You'll Do:Lead the Crew: Supervise utility construction, maintenance and repair projects, including water lines, sewer systems and storm drains.Drive Operations: Plan and organize daily work orders, manage budgets and oversee team performance.Ensure Excellence: Provide professional communication with citizens and champion city goals, policies and safety standards.What You Bring:Experience: High School Diploma / GED plus 2+ years of experience in utility construction, maintenance or equipment operation.Leadership: Proven ability to mentor staff and manage field operations.Certifications:Valid Texas Driver License.Class B Commercial Driver License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
