Visual Content Coordinator

Visual Content Coordinator – a role that partners closely with the marketing team to elevate visual communications across digital and print materials. The position is responsible for designing compelling layouts, graphics, infographics, and illustrations that turn complex or text‑heavy content into clear, engaging, and visually impactful messaging while maintaining Skanska brand standards. The coordinator works independently, selects design approaches, and manages multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. Applicants must submit at least three portfolio examples demonstrating design and content‑layout skills, including long‑form and presentation design. Responsibilities Develop compelling layouts and graphics for digital and print collateral, maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality. Utilize expertise in layout design to enhance the visual representation of proposals and presentations, particularly in response to construction RFPs (Request for Proposals). Transform lengthy blocks of text into visually engaging and easy‑to‑understand content by incorporating graphics, images, and other visual elements. Create infographics, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance the overall presentation of written content. Ensure consistency in design aesthetics, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all materials. Leverage knowledge of the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry to bring a nuanced understanding to design projects. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 1+ year of experience creating long‑format templates in InDesign, ensuring consistency and efficiency in document production. Portfolio showcasing exceptional layout design skills and the ability to transform textual content into visually appealing designs. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant prior experience.
