Benefits 401(k) Matching 3 Weeks PTO in first year 7 Paid Holidays Mental Health Days Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance CEU's/Elite DNA University Schedule Monday to Friday No weekends No call Education Master's degree Responsibilities Must see children Assist in developing and implementing clinical procedures and guidelines Actively participate in staff meetings and case presentations Assist in supervising Care Coordinators during initial intakes Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns as appropriate Provide patient‑centered therapy interventions emphasizing patient involvement in the treatment team Utilize the electronic medical record to document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information, completing documentation within the agency’s required timelines Assist in advocating for patients’ access to community resources Collaboratively develop treatment plans with input from the patient, families, treatment team members, and other agencies as appropriate Coordinate and communicate with the treatment team to provide best care to patients Use multiple interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy to assist patients in meeting identified goals Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity issues in assessment and treatment of patients Demonstrate respect for the inherent dignity and worth of patients Actively monitor patient progress toward goals and address termination/discharge issues, providing outside referrals as appropriate Effectively work independently and in a team environment, prioritizing workload based on workflow demands and reprioritization by administrators as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
