Working in person in a public school district setting focused on student support – emotional / behavioral. Targeting K-12 students. Crisis intervention when appropriate Apply knowledge of state and federal legislation for disabilities Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff, students, and families Lead collaboration and integration strategies Function as an effective member of the Multi‑disciplinary Team Lead teams in manifestation determinations, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans Identify individual student needs and develop effective recommendations for the multi‑disciplinary team Qualifications Minimum 1 year full‑time School Psychologist experience in a school‑based environment Minimum of a master’s degree in a field related to school psychology Delaware Educator License Delaware School Psychologist Certificate Compensation Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 37.5 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
