At Estrella Cantina Lounge , we’re looking for outgoing, professional, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our front door team. As a Host, you’ll be the first impression for our guests and help create an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Seat guests while maintaining smooth table flow
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
