Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 plus bonusJob Overview – M&A Tax Manager
We’re seeking an M&A Tax Manager with deep U.S. federal tax expertise to support transaction planning, due diligence, and complex restructuring initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead M&A tax due diligence and review target financial/tax dataModel acquisition structures and internal restructuring scenariosPerform IRC analyses and asset vs. stock acquisition comparisonsCalculate inside/outside basis for subsidiaries and partnershipsSupport liquidations, contributions, and related computationsPrepare tax disclosures for completed transactionsAssist with federal return review and special projectsConduct tax research and prepare technical memosRequirements:4+ years of U.S. M&A and federal tax experience (public accounting)Strong Subchapter C knowledge; consolidated return experience a plusBachelor’s in Accounting required; MST, CPA, or JD is a plusAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and dive deep into details while keeping a strategic viewAdditional Job Details#li-Hybrid #li-Mid-Senior level#LI-TC1ABOUT OUR PROCESSWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
